This policy covers the Meta app and related internal tools Iliad Music uses to manage advertising, Pages and analytics for the artists it represents.
With the authorization of the account owner, the app reads and manages data in Meta ad accounts, Pages and datasets (pixels) belonging to Iliad Music and its artists: campaign settings, ad creatives and performance reports. Where our websites send events to Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), these may include page and click events, IP address, browser user agent and Meta cookie identifiers, used only to measure and improve advertising.
Only to run, measure and report on our own and our artists' marketing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it except with the platforms the data comes from or as required by law.
We keep reports for as long as they are useful for managing our artists' campaigns. Event data sent to Meta is not stored by us.
You can ask us what data we hold about you or ask us to delete it by emailing sherman@iliad.music with the subject "Data deletion". We will confirm within 30 days. You can also remove the app's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
